Support Team Specialist

DriveTime Family of Brands includes SilverRock, which provides quality warranty and ancillary products. The Support Specialist is responsible for processing repair requests and coordinating communications to ensure a positive resolution for customers.

Injecting and processing repair requests
Uploading documentation
Coordinating tow requests submitted by business partners, customers, and internal departments
Facilitating communication between parties through email and internal systems

Required

High School diploma
Experience working in an administrative role
