Responsibilities
Deploy and customize the company’s platform within customer ecosystems, driving adoption and measurable impact
Collaborate with major internet platforms to design and implement cutting-edge user protection measures
Work with customers to rapidly diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensure seamless product deployment
Act as a subject matter expert on both the platform and broader Trust & Safety practices
Partner with internal engineering and product teams to address technical challenges, escalate issues, and influence roadmap priorities
Collaborate with Customer Success to triage and prioritize feedback from thousands of users
Contribute to the growth and cross-functional success of both Engineering and Customer Success teams
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong familiarity with Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Fraud operations, or experience partnering with these teams at scale
Proven success deploying enterprise SaaS solutions for large, complex customers
Deep comfort working with AI/LLM-powered tools and AI agents, and guiding customers on their use in investigations and safety workflows
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to navigate large organizations and build trust with executive stakeholders
High initiative and adaptability — thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and drives value autonomously
Genuine curiosity and commitment to making the internet safer
Preferred
Prior experience as a product owner or engineer in Trust & Safety or AI Safety organizations
Familiarity with enterprise data architecture or machine learning applications in safety and compliance
Technical background with strong problem-solving and integration skills
