Responsibilities
Track and manage cross-program resources, including program teams and supporting business partners
Monitor interdependencies and proactively provide clear visibility to leadership through visual dashboards or reports
Utilize cross-program resource management tools to optimize processes and maintain efficiency
Maintain a holistic view of program capacity to ensure business areas are properly supported for training, testing, communications, and adoption activities
Partner with the PMO to align program timelines with change, readiness, and adoption milestones
Continuously refine processes and tools that improve visibility into both technical and change enablement resource needs
Facilitate cross-program onboarding and offboarding using a standardized playbook
Maintain and improve onboarding materials as programs evolve
Present confidently to new employees, contractors, and vendor partners to set tone, expectations, and cultural alignment
Communicate updates and reinforce cultural expectations through clear, engaging messaging
Champion cultural initiatives aligned with the program vision
Partner on talent engagement activities across the four programs
Help lead culture-shaping programs, including established methodologies
Foster and reinforce positive team culture, collaboration, and ownership in a transformational environment
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in organizational change management, program coordination, resource management, or large enterprise transformation
Experience supporting enterprise initiatives that involve behavioral, process, and system change
Proven success supporting onboarding, training, or readiness initiatives that reinforce cultural alignment and new ways of working
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and team collaboration
Ability to connect people, process, and technology impacts to drive adoption and readiness
Ability to develop and improve processes, documentation, and operational workstreams
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset with ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Familiarity with resource planning or capacity management tools
Commitment to positive culture and team dynamics
