Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of programs and large-scale projects, from intake and prioritization through delivery and transition to operations
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
Ensure projects are aligned to corporate strategy, business goals, and KPIs
Establish and optimize project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
Manage the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and effective resource allocation
Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
Serve as the primary liaison between executives, business units, and delivery teams
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, remove blockers, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization
Influence decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of program and project managers
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in delivery
Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities
Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Lead change management strategies, including stakeholder adoption, training, and communication
Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Partner with finance and operational leaders to optimize resource utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field
10+ years of program and project management experience, with 5+ years leading teams
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA or related)
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications
Experience in enterprise transformation, digital initiatives, or PMO leadership
