Responsibilities
Manage all phases of earthwork and site development projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead estimating efforts using Agtek and other tools to prepare accurate takeoffs, bids, and cost models
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure successful delivery
Oversee field operations, subcontractor coordination, and equipment management on large-scale projects
Collaborate with owners, engineers, and municipalities to address scope, permitting, and design issues
Prepare and process RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and progress reports
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and project engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in earthwork, excavation, or heavy civil construction
Strong background in estimating and project financial management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proficiency with Agtek
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
