Responsibilities
Handle a mix of single-plaintiff and PAGA/class action employment cases
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Work closely with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar
2+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Passion for advocating for employee rights
Preferred
Experience with PAGA and wage & hour class actions strongly preferred
