This role focuses on ensuring resilience, automation, and observability for enterprise integration platforms while maintaining and modernizing integration stacks and contributing to strategic migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Operate, optimize, monitor, and scale integration and messaging platforms including MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Tibco, and Kafka (MSK)

Provide support for in-house developed APIs and COTS applications/platforms such as Document Management Systems and Rightfax

Build and maintain components to automate operational workflows and reduce toil using Python or equivalent scripting languages

Define and manage SLIs/SLOs, health checks, and automated remediation processes

Establish and manage observability and monitoring using tools like Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and logging systems

Collaborate across teams to ensure service reliability, deployment hygiene, and operational readiness

Conduct incident postmortems and implement fixes to prevent repetitive issues

Participate in on-call rotations and major incident restoration efforts
