Responsibilities

Maintain a small caseload while delivering recovery-oriented, field-based clinical and case management services
Provide reflective clinical supervision to staff and interns while supporting skill development, wellness, and a collaborative team culture
Coordinate access to medical, behavioral health, and community resources while delivering crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation in community settings
Support program operations, including scheduling, onboarding, training compliance, documentation standards, audits, and quality assurance initiatives
Serve as a liaison to external partners and assume Program Director responsibilities as needed to ensure continuity of care and program effectiveness

Required

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (LP-MHC) required
2+ years of experience working within mental health, homeless services, or justice-involved systems required
Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice, harm reduction, crisis intervention, and community-based service delivery models
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to learn systems such as AWARDS, AOT, and Maven
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to support staff development
Ability to collaborate effectively across systems

Preferred

SIFI certification
IMT team experience
fluency in Spanish or American Sign Language (ASL)
