Full-cycle recruitment from start to finish including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers across multiple locations
Managing a fluctuating requisition load of 30-40 at a time
Developing a strong talent pipeline
Maintaining candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Building industry networks with professional organizations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a high volume and multi-site recruiting role
Experience recruiting within the healthcare industry required
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work four days in-office in Nashville
Experience using ATS applications
Preferred
Dental industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree ideal
