Epic Radiant Analyst
Cardamom is a healthcare solutions company focused on delivering high-tech, results-based solutions. They are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to support their Application Managed Services team by stabilizing Radiant operations through various support and optimization efforts.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day AMS support for Epic Radiant, including break-fix and incident resolution
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Radiant-related tickets in a timely manner
Support system optimization initiatives to improve performance and usability
Assist with Epic upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities
Collaborate with existing analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues
Participate in ticket queue management, root cause analysis, and documentation
Ensure adherence to client standards, workflows, and change management processes
Qualification
Required
Epic Radiant certification (active and up to date)
Strong experience supporting Epic Radiant in an AMS or production support environment
Proven ability to handle break-fix, optimization, and ticket-based work independently
Experience supporting Epic upgrades and maintenance cycles
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience supporting large health systems or enterprise Epic environments
Familiarity with ITSM tools and AMS best practices
Ability to work effectively with West Coast stakeholders and schedules
