Responsibilities

Work from procedures, specification sheets, and other associated documentation
Verify that the supporting documentation matches the parts to be tested
Complete all associated documentation requirements and signoff the testing and acknowledgement fields as required
Place documents into the assigned work order packet
Follow ESD guidelines and requirements and other precautions and procedures as required
Trained to perform this job function
Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
Contact appropriate lead, supervisor or manager for any issues or concerns and the need for additional material and supplies
Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures
Build meaningful and productive relationships with internal business partners
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

Communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties
Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining quality standards
High-energy, results-focused self-starter
Ability to exercise flexibility with quickly changing data requests
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
Must pass training and certification requirements

1-3 years of experience preferred
