Emerald is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This role will provide essential support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through offer acceptance, with potential to take on full-cycle recruiting of assigned requisitions independently
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards
Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process
Prepare and process offer letters in collaboration with TA Manager
Partner with the TA Manager to track recruiting metrics and generate regular reports
Update internal processes, trackers, and intranet as needed
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Help coordinate career fairs, campus events, and recruitment-related programs as needed
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience

Required

1–2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role; previous experience with full-cycle recruiting support is a plus
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
