Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end MDM solutions using Informatica Multidomain MDM and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
Cloud Integration: Lead the migration of legacy MDM workloads to the cloud. Architect integration patterns between MDM and cloud-based source/target systems using IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)
Data Modeling: Create and maintain complex physical and logical data models for master entities (e.g., Customer, Product, Supplier)
Governance & Quality: Define matching/merging rules, trust frameworks, and survivorship logic. Integrate Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to ensure high-fidelity master data
Stakeholder Management: Work with business leaders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for data stewards and developers
Qualification
Required
12+ years in Data Engineering/MDM, with at least 3 years as a Lead Architect
Demonstrated experience in at least one full-lifecycle MDM implementation on a major cloud provider
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Informatica Multidomain MDM (v10.x+), Entity 360, ActiveVOS (BPM)
Proficiency in Informatica IDMC, IICS (CDI/CAI), and cloud warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS Redshift
Java/J2EE (for User Exits and SIF), SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP API integration
Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Address Verification (AV)
Preferred
Informatica MDM Hub Developer/Administrator or Informatica Cloud Data Integration specialist certifications are highly preferred
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead offshore/onshore delivery teams
Excellent communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical business users
