Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
Drive financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence support, valuation analysis, and post-acquisition reporting
Design and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
Support annual budgeting cycles and quarterly forecasts for assigned business units
Partner with business leaders to evaluate ROI, performance metrics, and cost optimization initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to support growth strategies
Enhance financial reporting, systems, and analytical tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with direct M&A and due diligence involvement (required)
Proven experience supporting acquisitions from initial analysis through execution
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Preferred
A finance professional with hands-on M&A and due diligence experience
