Develop and customize Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWC and declarative configurations

Integrate Agentforce and MIAW capabilities into chatbot workflows intents and routing

Design scalable integration patterns RESTSOAP APIs Platform Events External Services

Collaborate with BAQA to validate requirements define acceptance criteria and support testing

Lead onshore Solution Lead in architecture reviews code quality and DevOps practices

Support deployments across environments and provide postrelease stabilization
