Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of new market entry, including site selection, go-to-market strategy, and revenue forecasting
Drive EBITDA growth and manage full P&L accountability across multiple locations
Develop and maintain key client relationships, strategic partnerships, and market presence
Partner with operations teams to ensure scalable business processes while maintaining financial discipline
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform expansion strategy and investment decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven executive experience driving revenue growth and profitability in multi-site, national home services or restoration businesses
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, EBITDA analysis, and operational metrics
Experience launching and scaling new locations or markets, with a track record of achieving aggressive growth targets
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in fast-moving, competitive markets
Preferred
Restoration experience is a plus but not required
commercial, home services, or related industry experience is highly relevant
