Account Manager/Ad Specialist
Served Media is looking for a detail-obsessed Account Manager to oversee a fast growing multi-show podcast portfolio. This role will manage campaigns, data, and relationships, overseeing current revenue while managing inbound requests for new business.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our roster of sponsors
Oversee the "Post-Sale" process: collecting creative assets, managing renewal paperwork, and ensuring clients are happy
You must be proficient in podcast attribution (Podsights, ArtsAI etc.)
You will generate tracking pixels, set up prefix URLs, and ensure all campaigns are technically structured to track conversions before they go live
Manage our hosting platform (Megaphone) to ensure flight dates are accurate and inventory isn't overbooked
Triage the inbound sales inbox
Negotiate rates and finalize Insertion Orders (IOs) for new partners
Monitor campaign pacing daily to prevent under-delivery
Create and deliver "Wrap Reports" to clients, translating raw data into a clear ROI story to secure renewals
Manage sales deck updates
Qualification
Required
2-3 years in Digital Media, Podcast Ad Ops, or Account Management
Must know the difference between 'Baked-In' vs. 'Dynamic Insertion' ads. You must be comfortable with pixels and attribution
Ability to manage 20+ active campaigns simultaneously without missing a deadline
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work a varied schedule to accommodate show needs
Preferred
Prior experience in podcast advertising, podcast networks, or audio media
Experience managing or supporting $1M+ in annual ad revenue or high-volume campaign portfolios
Strong analytical skills with experience turning performance data into client-facing insights and recommendations
