Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance RPG programs on the IBM i platform
Learn and support Infor ERP System/21 in a live manufacturing environment
Support enterprise business applications tied directly to operations
Assist with troubleshooting, enhancements, and system improvements
Work closely on-site with users and senior IT leadership
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex problems effectively
Experience in Information Technology with knowledge of IBM i platform a plus
Exceptional Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system and application issues
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Relevant experience or education in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge of RPG programming and experience with ERP systems is a plus
