Required

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Life and Health Insurance Licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required
Must have excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills, as well as analytical skills
Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc
Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Occasional travel required, including overnight stays for face-to-face interaction with customers and brokers
As a required part of the role, candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business related events

Preferred

4+ years related experience (group benefits and/or account management experience preferred)
Active life/health license preferred
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred
