Client Service Representative
Community Veterinary Partners is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative for their practice, the American Animal Hospital. Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of phone calls
Provide information about our products and services
Checking in/out clients
Document and update patient records
Coordinate and schedule appointments and surgeries
Process invoices and payments
Respond to client emails/texts and process faxes
Communicate with doctors and technical staff to ensure pet health care needs are taken care of
Various other clerical duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service in veterinary or medical setting
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience dealing with clients face to face as opposed to over the phone
