Responsibilities
Knowledgeable in National Electric Code (NEC)
Works to minimize violations of electrical code
Perform or assist in electrical installation work
Proficient in installation methods (terminology, conduit bending, wire pulling, terminating, and troubleshooting)
Trains Installation Journeymen and Technicians
Leads site and personnel safety initiatives and meets safety training requirements
Responsible for meeting schedule demands and site production
Responds to the needs of project management
Coordinates cost-effective travel for project labor management
Coaches team members effectively
Safely delegate the tasks assigned by the Electrical Supervisor in a timely manner and up to quality standards
Manages and approves expense reports
Approved timesheets in ADP and D365 for Journeymen and Technicians
Assists in annual performance reviews for direct reports
Up to 90% travel. Minimum 3 weeks at a time
Qualification
Required

Preferred
High School or GED
3+ years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership capability
Demonstrated knowledge and practice of safety measures on jobsite
Must have a valid driver's license
