Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Provide guidance on project scope management to prevent scope creep and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate program resource management to optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects

Manage IT service management processes to ensure seamless integration and support of project initiatives

Qualification
Required
13 years of experience in Project Management
Expertise in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains
Strong understanding of software development processes and IT systems
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa; active listening, negotiation
