Responsibilities

Provide antitrust counseling in connection with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments

Manage HSR filings and support clients throughout the DOJ/FTC merger review and investigation process

Advise clients on antitrust issues related to deal strategy, information exchanges, interlocks, and compliance

Coordinate multi-jurisdictional merger notifications with foreign counsel and global competition teams

Collaborate closely with corporate/M&A, regulatory, and litigation groups on transactional matters

Required

3–6 years of transactional antitrust experience

Experience may come from private law firms (AmLaw, boutique, or specialized competition practices), or government agencies such as the DOJ Antitrust Division, FTC Bureau of Competition, or other enforcement bodies

Strong understanding of U.S. merger control, agency review processes, and competition law

Excellent analytical, writing, and client-facing communication skills

Active bar membership in good standing
