Tyson Foods is a leading company in the food industry, and they are seeking an FSQA Technician. This position is responsible for performing inspections of products and plant systems, documenting results, and ensuring safety compliance within the facility.

Responsibilities
Performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems
Documenting and calculating results accurately
Taking corrective action when necessary
Alert appropriate personnel to adjust process
Identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product
Report results to management
Any additional assignments requested
All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats / Poultry industry
Required Or Other QA Type Experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce
Good problem identification and problem-solving skills
Math and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret product specifications
Must function well under stress
Must have flexibility to work where and when needed
Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs. or more)
Must have four (4) or fewer attendance points
Must have no written warnings or written warnings with suspension in the past 6 months
