Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products, materials, and processes throughout production

Audit process as they are running to ensure all checks are performed and documented correctly

Ensure processes are running within established parameters

Accurately document findings, complete inspection logs, and maintain detailed quality records

Identify defects, deviations, or quality concerns and escalate issues promptly

Partner closely with Production, Sanitation, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to implement corrective actions

Review and interpret specifications, SOPs, and technical documents to ensure product and process compliance

Support a clean, safe, and compliant production environment while following all food safety, GMP, and safety protocols

Support the team by performing other duties as assigned
