Responsibilities
Research and evaluate emerging growth channels (HR tech, wellness benefits, digital communities, media, and events)
Develop partnership maps and outreach strategies for employers, associations, and health organizations
Analyze data and engagement trends to identify what drives conversion and awareness
Design and test lightweight growth experiments - email campaigns, referral pilots, LinkedIn initiatives, or partner activations
Present findings and recommendations directly to the leadership team
Qualification
Required
A curious, strategic thinker who loves to experiment, iterate, and learn fast
Comfortable researching and synthesizing insights into actionable ideas
Excited by brand building, and the intersection of health, work, and wellbeing
A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, entrepreneurial environments
