Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with the organization's overarching business and digital transformation goals

Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies (e.g., LMS, learning experience platforms, AI-driven learning tools) across the organization

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce

Design and oversee the development of innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models

Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs

Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation in the Training function

Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires

Design an effective Training strategy and facilitate the planning and delivery of programs and strategies

Ensure all training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements
