Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including:

Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC)

HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Custom Scoped Applications

Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers

Create and maintain business rules, workflows/flows, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements

Translate business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and designs

Participate in onsite client meetings, workshops, and solution design sessions

Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, user stories, and process flows

Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and post-production support

Collaborate with senior developers, architects, QA, and project managers

Ensure solutions comply with ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standards
