Responsibilities
Greeting customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the snack bar area in compliance with health regulations
Clean and restock foods, beverages, condiments, and other supplies
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
Utilize basic math skills to perform retail math calculations for sales
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Help customers by answering questions about items from the menu and making recommendations
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in food service or hospitality role
Strong math skills, including basic math and retail math, are essential for cash handling duties
A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to help create a positive atmosphere for guests
Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial
