Responsibilities

Recruiting and staffing vote centers throughout San Diego County prior to Primary, General, and Special Elections
Making and receiving calls
Collecting and entering confidential information into a data management system
Determining poll worker assignments and fulfilling all bilingual poll worker allocations
Managing and tracking poll worker payroll
Ensuring all recruitment goals are met according to scheduled timelines
