Responsibilities

Respond to escalated Tier II technical inquiries related to websites, systems, online access, and account functionality
Support one-call resolution while identifying scenarios that require further escalation
Assist with client protection and security concerns, particularly related to electronic access and authentication attempts
Troubleshoot technical issues using structured problem-solving and de-escalation techniques
Clearly communicate step-by-step technical guidance to clients over the phone
Navigate multiple systems and resources simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality
Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge, feedback, and best practices
Adapt quickly to evolving processes, tools, and client needs
Promote positive client interactions and contribute to continuous improvement at the individual, team, and organizational levels

Required

Minimum of one year of client service experience
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekdays and early evening shifts
Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills, ideally within a call center environment
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically
Proven technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Working knowledge of major web browsers including Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox
High-level familiarity with Apple and Android mobile devices
Solid understanding of PC and Mac environments, including operating systems, peripherals, and complex software navigation
Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong service mindset, professionalism, and enthusiasm for helping clients
Ability to manage multiple applications and screens efficiently while on live calls
Strong critical-thinking skills, using probing questions to diagnose issues and apply sound judgment

Preferred

Two or more years of client service experience
Prior experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of internet technologies, networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and internet service providers
