Responsibilities

Architect and optimize runtime systems to support scalable, high-performance AI and ML workloads

Lead the transition of machine learning models from proof-of-concept to enterprise-ready, production applications

Design system patterns that balance performance, usability, and maintainability in AI-enabled platforms

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications that integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into business workflows

Build and support scalable backend services, APIs, and data integrations using modern programming languages and frameworks

Develop intuitive front-end experiences that surface AI-driven insights, predictions, and functionality to end users

Partner with Data Science teams to integrate models, analytics outputs, and AI services into production systems

Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

Work extensively with SQL and Python to access, manipulate, and operationalize enterprise data sources

Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI-enabled applications in cloud environments

Communicate technical concepts, tradeoffs, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in full stack software engineering, applied AI/ML engineering, or related roles

Strong experience building backend services and APIs using languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#

Front-end development experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)

Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models, analytics, or data-driven services into applications

Strong proficiency with SQL and relational databases

Experience collaborating with data science or analytics teams to productionize models and insights

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams

Preferred

Experience with AI / ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

Experience with data platforms or tools such as Palantir, Spark, or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with DevOps and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, prompt engineering, or AI-powered application features
