Responsibilities
Curate and find compelling weather-related videos from a variety of sources, including user-generated content
Edit informative and engaging weather-related videos for AccuWeather's digital platforms, social media, and network broadcasts
Organize and maintain AccuWeather's video archive library, ensuring clips are properly cataloged for easy access and identification
Gain experience in all aspects of video production, from initial concept to final execution, within a national weather network environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
Strong interest in video production and weather-related content
Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for learning about video production processes and creating engaging content
