Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage new buyers across the Texas public sector
Lead high-impact RFP and RFQ processes for both IT staffing needs and long-term professional services/managed solutions
Act as an expert consultant, showing government agencies how digital transformation in cloud, data, and infrastructure can overcome "red tape" and improve citizen services
Work closely with our Frisco, TX delivery center and national project management teams to ensure seamless execution of every placement and project
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of professional sales experience, demonstrating the maturity to work autonomously in a professional environment
Prior experience in government sales (ideally within Texas) and a deep understanding of the formal bidding and procurement cycles
The ability to navigate the slower pace and 'red tape' of government sales with a long-term strategic mindset
A Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Preferred
A background in IT Staffing, Consulting, or Solutions is preferred
Candidates with software/hardware sales experience if they bring strong existing government relationships
