Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather information on migration processes, tools, and workflows

Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including:

Migration plans and procedures

System architecture diagrams

Application and codebase inventories

Security and compliance documentation

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and training materials

Best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer guides

Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences

Standardize documentation formats and maintain version control

Support the development of training materials for IT staff and end users

Participate in project meetings to stay informed of changes and updates
