Responsibilities

Support and enhance Epic MyChart functionality to improve patient experience and operational efficiency

Lead and assist with Hello World additions, configuration, and optimization

Implement and support MyChart Cheers, including design, testing, and deployment

Provide ongoing updates and enhancements to existing MyChart and integrated Epic systems

Assist with sunsetting legacy applications, including impact analysis, transition planning, and communication support

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions

Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation to ensure high-quality deployments

Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend best practices
