Regional Engineer – DFW Area

Azuria Water Solutions is a dynamic company in the water infrastructure and electrical conduit market. They are seeking a Regional Engineer to support technical sales strategies and develop business opportunities in the North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas region.

Responsibilities

Support technical sales strategies to meet annual targets for pipeline infrastructure products for the North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas territory. These products include Fusible PVC® piping, TerraBrute® CR restrained joint PVC piping, Vylon® closed profile PVC piping, Primus Pipe Liner, WEKO Seal and other Azuria products
Perform key account planning to develop business opportunities by working closely with consulting engineers, municipal water and wastewater utilities, contractors, waterworks distributors, and electrical utilities
Develop technical specifications that support product position and facilitate operational efficiency
Ensure all sales activity and opportunities are up to date in Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our products
Support or conduct sales calls and make product/service presentations to customers
Provide input into development of marketing communications and product portfolio decisions
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reporting to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts

Required

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related
3 years of Engineering experience with the Utility Pipeline Design, Construction, or Municipal Water Market
Must have strong interpersonal skills with ability to persuade, motivate and empower clients and co-workers to action. Ability to deal with individuals at all levels of an organization
Must be a strong communicator able to take initiative and be disciplined to function independently
Must be competitive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, good listener and manage time wisely. Must be able to process complex information and unique client needs quickly
Must be able to travel to client and vendor sites more than 50% of the time

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM
