Responsibilities
Facilitate the process to collect and define client requirements
Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions
Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel
Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements
Maintain deep knowledge of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP)
Perform configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions)
Support SOX/ITGC controls, audit requests, and segregation of duties
Maintain defects and drive resolution to SLA
Respond to system issues and perform first level support
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree from an accredited university
5+ years experience as an SAP Business Analyst/Functional Analyst
Working knowledge of Agile service delivery frameworks and methodologies
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization
Requirements/user stories, process modeling, test management, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow (or equivalent)
Ability to read functional specs, debug trace/logs, and collaborate on integrations
Understanding of SOX/ITGC, change control, release management, and data/privacy practices
Work independently with limited supervision
Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and documentation discipline
Preferred
Experience in S/4HANA
Hands-on domain expertise in Finance/Manufacturing/Sourcing and Procurement/Supply Chain Management, including key processes
SAP Certifications
Participation in a full-cycle implementation or major upgrade
