This role requires exceptional communication skills and familiarity with security assessments and contract management.

Responsibilities

Support and oversee capital expenditure management processes to ensure alignment with security objectives and budgetary goals

Provide guidance and oversight for the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) Gate Processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in program execution

Manage high-value contracts, ensuring appropriate oversight and alignment with security and financial policies

Coordinate and investigate workplace violence reports in collaboration with site-level Threat Working Groups, Crisis Intervention Teams, and other relevant stakeholders

Manage the Physical Security Assessment Program, ensuring compliance with RTX standards and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with other GSS Cores to address threats and vulnerabilities effectively

Ensure alignment of security policies and processes among regional teams to maintain consistency and compliance

Partner with Global Security Services (GSS) hubs to coordinate and streamline security operations across regions

Required

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Experience with Physical Security relating to Security in Depth, NISPOM, ICD705 and/or other government standard relating to physical security protections

Experience coordinating workplace violence prevention programs and threat management initiatives

Experience with CAPEX processes, RLPM, and contract management

Experience with Microsoft Office, to include advanced MS products such as SharePoint and Power BI

Preferred

Profession certifications i.e., Physical Security Professional (PSP), Physical Security Certification (PSC), Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC)

Experience with Project Management

Experience with threat and vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, integrated physical security systems and/or ongoing evaluations of security measures
