Responsibilities
Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers
Promote Choice Home Health’s full range of clinical services
Work closely with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies
Maintain referral source activity and account data in our CRM
Manage a structured territory plan with regular referral source visits
Develop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategies
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in San Luis Obispo County
Qualification
Required
High school degree
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
Strong business and problem-solving skills
A valid driver's license and auto insurance
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and referral growth goals
Preferred
At least 2 years of home health or healthcare marketing experience preferred
