Responsibilities
Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners
Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities
Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members
Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action
Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision
Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions
Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support
Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results
Contributes to the culture and values of the organization including diversity, inclusion, and belonging, through organization-wide events and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred
1 year of experience in the technology industry
Experience leveraging advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI) to translate financial data into clear insights and compelling narratives for executive decision-making. This skill supports consolidating and communicating complex monetization performance trends effectively
Proven track record of navigating and driving projects in a matrixed organization, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with collaborating across diverse teams (such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and R&D) and coordinating with partners who can influence executive leadership and drive actionable insights
