Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the global network security architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and future growth
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance network security solutions across diverse environments including R&D labs, manufacturing plants, and corporate offices
Ensure alignment of network security design with enterprise IT and security standards and best practices
Conduct design reviews and provide technical oversight for network-related security projects across regions
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure integration and compliance
Evaluate emerging network security technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to support evolving business needs
Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to translate requirements into network capabilities
Manage relationships with key network security vendors and service providers; participate in technology evaluations and contract reviews
Maintain up-to-date documentation of network security architectures, diagrams, and standards
Ensure designs comply with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR)
Mentor junior engineers and operational teams
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of prior Network Security Architect experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
