Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals
Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds
Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
Recruit and develop your own team
Help grow a sales office
Build a team atmosphere
Qualification
Required
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career
Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry
Some sales experience is needed
Coachable
Self-driven
Highly motivated
Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus
