Service commercial insurance accounts including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes
Provide day-to-day client support with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues
Maintain accurate documentation and account records in agency management systems
Support renewal workflows and assist with proposals and policy delivery
Qualification
Required
Active P&C license required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and a service-minded approach
Preferred
Property & Casualty insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
