Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive knowledge of specific departments and their related procedures/products
Familiarize yourself with TZ Medical products and effectively present and communicate their features and benefits
Conduct 40-50 outbound calls daily, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, presenting, offering evaluation products, and scheduling appointments
Demonstrate effective follow-up techniques to advance the sales process
Collaborate with the outside sales team daily to schedule appointments and identify new opportunities
Regularly follow up with current customers, offering additional servicing as needed
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Prior competitive sales experience
Must be available to start work by 6 AM or earlier, covering the Northeast/Southeast/North Central regions
Preferred
Sales: 2 years
