Responsibilities
Define and execute the adoption strategy and rollout roadmap for Platform across multiple client programs / projects
Lead onboarding of new projects and teams, ensuring the platform is embedded into sprint, release, and QE workflows
Drive stakeholder alignment across QE, Engineering, Product, and Program leadership to ensure sustained platform usage
Own adoption metrics and success measures, tracking usage, value realization, and impact on delivery outcomes
Act as the primary escalation point for adoption challenges and remove organizational, process, and technical blockers
Build and nurture internal champions to scale adoption and standardize best practices across teams
Provide continuous feedback into the platform roadmap based on real-world adoption insights and usage patterns
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or QE transformation roles
Knowledge on AIML technologies and lead / build solutions in QE leveraging AI
Proven experience leading adoption of enterprise platforms across large, complex organizations
Strong understanding of QE processes, automation frameworks, CI/CD, and modern delivery models
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to drive change, influence teams, and operate with ownership across multiple programs
Preferred
Experience in BFSI or other highly regulated enterprise environments
Prior exposure to AI-driven or platform-based QE solutions
Experience working with proprietary or IP-based enterprise platforms
