They are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, assist with scheduling service appointments, and provide administrative support to their service and office teams.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Assist with scheduling service calls and coordinate with supervisors and technicians
Assist customers with questions, service requests, and basic billing inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records and update scheduling systems
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Support office staff and management as needed
Ensure service dispatches are complete and ready for billing
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency with phones, computers, and basic office software
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in time management
Preferred
Previous receptionist or customer service experience
HVAC, Plumbing or service-industry experience is a plus, but not required
