Regional Sales Manager - SLED West
Conducive Consulting partners with innovative technology providers to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity and data solutions. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - SLED West to drive pipeline growth and revenue in the state, local, and education market.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Splunk and Cribl sales representatives to jointly drive pipeline and close deals
Prospect and self-source leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and networking within assigned territories
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management
Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to maximize deal velocity and customer success
Represent Conducive Consulting at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and activity metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, channel sales, or a related field
Associates' or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close business in a competitive sales environment
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed (including trade shows and partner events)
