Responsibilities
Oversee, plan, and design highly complex business processes. You will create and maintain architectures for complex domains to ensure they align with our organization’s technology priorities
Analyze and document complex client requirements. This includes constructing conceptual data and process models, data dictionaries, and volume estimates
Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings with large accounts to gather requirements and explore sophisticated solutions
Coordinate BA tasks across IT projects, providing time estimates, guidance, and support to team members throughout the entire project life cycle
Lead the creation of complex test case scenarios. You will participate in technical reviews to verify that the 'intent of change' is successfully implemented
Act as a lead for the department, providing work guidance, input on system modifications, and mentoring to junior personnel
Qualification
Required
12+ years of dedicated experience in business analysis and business processes
Proven experience working at the interface of IT and functional business groups
Solid background in business process re-engineering and implementing company value propositions
Understanding of computer programming concepts and coding languages
Proficiency in .Net and SQL
Experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
Strong background in technical project design and development
Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into client-friendly language
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
Natural leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and interpersonal communication
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
