They are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer who will originate residential mortgage loans, guide borrowers through the mortgage process, and maintain compliance with lending guidelines.

Responsibilities

Originate residential mortgage loans using high-quality, consumer-direct leads
Conduct personalized mortgage consultations and recommend tailored loan solutions
Guide borrowers through the application, documentation, and approval process
Maintain compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with processing and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth borrower experience
Manage and grow a pipeline while meeting or exceeding monthly production goals

Mortgage Loan Originator licenseResidential mortgage knowledgeSales performanceCRM experienceLoan Origination SystemsCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsRelationship-building skillsFast-paced environment adaptability

Required

2–5 years of experience
Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in one or more of the following states: IL, FL, IN, IA, MN, or WI
Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and guidelines
Proven sales performance with the ability to close both purchase and refinance loans
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred

2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (consumer-direct preferred)
Experience with CRM and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a plus
